Family-Friendly Luxury Resorts in Los Cabos, Mexico

We know Los Cabos is a hotspot for parties, but we hunted for the top family-friendly luxury hotels. Connecting rooms, double beds, and spacious suites with kitchens and separate sleeping areas make family vacations more comfortable. We even have villas and residences, up to 6 bedrooms, to fit the extended family. Hire a private chef to make a special dinner for everyone. Go on a date while the kids enjoy movie night, or a pajama party at the Kids Club.
Teens and Kids Clubs are available, but the natural beauty and scenery of Cabo offers tons of family-friendly activities for everyone. You can go deep sea fishing, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, SUPing, or kayaking. Kids can participate in a cooking lesson, attend a Dive-in movie at the pool, go on a beach camel safari, or enjoy a kids chocolate facial at the spa.

Chileno Bay Resort
This family-friendly Cabo resort is on a quiet, secluded swimmable beach. While it’s small, it is a great launch point for snorkeling, SUPing, or kayaking. Poolside cabanas are perfect for kids to enjoy shaded pool time and gourmet food and margaritas for parents. If you’re looking for something more adventurous, you can horseback ride through a deep desert canyon. When you’ve had a long night with little ones, Check out El Molina for unique Mexican Coffee creations, both hot, and cold. Evening Shuttle to Esperanza with 5 restaurants & bars with signing privileges.
There is a movie theater where you can enjoy a private movie night with the whole family. For the kids, there are pajama nights with dinner, dancing and a movie – perfect for parents’ night out. Chileno Bay offers many villa options for the whole family. Their one-bedroom suites can connect to create two-bedroom suites.
They offer a wide range of villas from 2-bedroom to their largest villa that can fit aunts, uncles and grandparents with six bedrooms. Each villa offers chic Baja aesthetic and full kitchens.
Sky Villas – three and four bedroom villas with unobstructed views of the sunset and sunrise. One & Only Palmilla
One & Only Palmilla offers endless activities for the kids including golf, surf and tennis lessons. Turtle hatching season just began is in the fall, and whale watching from January to March. The whole family can go snorkeling or surfing. Take a private boat out for sailing, fishing or whale watching. The hotel can even help you create a teepee for the kiddos on your private terrace. There are great connecting rooms to fit the whole family, and kids under 12 get a complimentary rollaway. Kids and Teens Clubs on site.

Esperanza, an Auberge Resort
They offer an array of daily, changing activities for kids and teens. All rooms on the property have ocean views. There are nice multi-bedroom units for families. Great service, great spa and amazing food. Highly recommend relaxing on the new Palapa Deck at sunset, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Nightly Shuttle to Chileno Bay to enjoy Best of Baja, Comal, with signing privileges. There is a different culinary experience, six nights of the week.
Pescaditos Kids Clubs offers some great offers fun-filled games and activities for guests age 4 to 11. Themed days range from Crazy Lab Tuesdays for making slime to Mexican Day Wednesdays for crafting piñatas. A large outdoor area and a bright and cheery indoor space has a painting station, shelves stocked with board games, and unique reading nook to cozy up with our selection of English books.
Escondite Teens Club is where guests age 12 to 17 can cut loose and socialize with other teens in a relaxing lounge environment furnished with bean bags. Compete in pool, foosball or ping pong matches, or discover the Recording Studio, equipped with the newest iMac with recording microphone and DJ set for creating your own songs and playlists or enjoying a karaoke jam session. For gamers, they have the latest versions of Xbox X, Playstation Pro and a virtual reality station. Grand Velas Los Cabos
October is prime turtle hatching in Cabo! Grand Velas is our favorite luxury all-linclusive option in Los Cabos. They recently released 600 hatchlings. There are endless activities here for the whole family, and endless food options. You never need to leave. Take part in a corn hole or bocce tournament, or team up for capture the flag. Younger kids can enjoy the splash pad and wading pool. Kids can join in on cupcake decorating, water polo tournament, or a mini disco. There is a telescope for stargazing at night. Every suite offers ocean views and are 1000+ sq ft!

Montage Los Cabos opened last year and is already a family favorite. Located on the shores of Marina Bay gentle waters make for perfect snorkeling, swimming and diving for little ones. Twin Dolphin Club features an 18-hole Fred Couples signature course. There are great connecting room options and lots of double queen bed rooms for families.
