Full Service Travel Planning
30-minute discovery & intro call (additional calls may require an additional fee). initial proposal outline includes where you’ll go, where you’ll stay and a few ideas of excursions we recommend up to 3 proposal revisions. Access to exclusive rates & Crafted Escapes Amenities for accommodations.
Cost: Planning fees start at $150 per trip. This price is subject to change based on last minute travel requests, number of travelers, or general complexity of the trip.
Flight Bookings
If you need help with flights, my flight desk can assist – usually recommended if you plan to book premium economy or business class. They know the layout of the seats, the type of airline, and the best routes for layovers.
Cost: The fee for this service is $50 per domestic ticket and $100 per international.
Concierge
One of our talented concierge specialists will contact you to help arrange more details for your trip including restaurant reservations, transportation & transfers, spa appointments, activities, private tours and much more. this includes a customized online itinerary that is also an app. It consolidates all bookings and confirmations into one place.
Cost: The concierge add-on is an additional fee and is dependent on the complexity and duration of the trip. Prices start at $250.
