About Annie
Annie’s passion for travel and exploring began at a young age. Her mother, who also worked in travel, made it a priority to see the world and experience other cultures. While some families vacationed at Disney World, Annie and her family were riding horses deep into the jungle of Belize and making cheese with local farmers in the French Pyrenees.
A youth exchange in Bordeaux, France led to a French major at the College of Charleston, where she spent a semester studying abroad in the French Alps.
After graduation, Annie accepted a position with the military that took her to Germany, Belgium, Chicago, Washington D.C, and Florida.
She eventually landed in Southern California where she met her husband, started a family and launched Crafted Escapes. Annie currently resides in North Carolina with her family (2 boys who are 4 and 1) and continues to travel and explore the world.
Annie has been planning honeymoons, family vacations, corporate retreats and bucket-list multi-generational trips for 7 years now. She loves getting to know her clients and matching them with the perfect experience, location, and accommodations.

Her passion for travel led her from acting as a solo-preneur to an agency owner and mentor, wanting to spread her love for the industry to others. She is curating a team of pros who are translating their skills as lawyers, marketers, educators, and HR professionals into travel advising.

Grab some airtags for your suitcase so you can track it in case it gets lost. Take the photos/videos, but post them either at night in the hotel, or when you’re back. Live in the moment.
