Yes. For retreats and corporate trips, we handle venue sourcing, accommodations, transportation, activities, gifting, and on-site support. For destination weddings, we manage room blocks and guest travel so the couple can focus on the celebration.

At least 90 days out for full planning, and earlier is better. European summers and African safaris often book up 9 to 12 months ahead. Traveling sooner? Ask about rush planning. Hotel-only bookings can be made anytime through our booking portal (password: VIPTRAVELER).

We specialize in 4- and 5-star hotels and premium experiences. Trips start at $10,000 for two people for one week, including accommodations and airport transfers. If your budget is below that, we're happy to refer you to a trusted colleague.

Not for hotels. If you know the property you want, we book it at no charge, at the same rate you'd find online, plus VIP perks like daily breakfast, a hotel credit, and upgrades when available. Some promotions are only available through advisors. Itinerary planning and concierge services carry a planning fee.
