As a luxury travel agency, we specialize in 4- and 5-star properties and premium experiences, partnering with the top hotels and tour operators around the world. Our minimum budget for a one-week trip for two begins at $10,000, covering accommodations and airport transfers. If your budget falls outside this range, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted colleague who may be a better fit.

 

Not at all. There’s no additional cost to book a hotel through us—as long as you know which property you’d like and no research or recommendations are needed, there’s no booking fee. Our rates match what you’ll find online, and in many cases, we have access to exclusive promotions only available through travel advisors.

Even better, you’ll often receive added value through complimentary VIP perks such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, room upgrades when available, and priority status.

We do charge a fee for in-depth itinerary planning and concierge-level services, including activity coordination, dining reservations, spa appointments, and more. With Crafted Escapes, you gain access to our expertise, insider access, and a trusted global network—ensuring every trip is seamless and elevated.

The more time, the better. For full itinerary planning, we require a minimum of 90 days’ lead time to ensure we can deliver the level of detail and service our clients expect.

For hotel-only bookings, you can reserve anytime through our Crafted Escapes Booking Portal (password: VIPTRAVELER). 

Keep in mind that popular destinations—such as European summer vacations and African safaris—often book out 9 to 12 months in advance. Early planning helps secure the best availability, experiences, and rates.

In most cases, we’re compensated through commissions paid by the hotels or tour operators after your trip is completed. This means there’s no additional cost to you for booking through us. For more involved planning—like multi-stop itineraries, private tours, or concierge services—we charge a planning fee to cover the time and expertise required to design a seamless, personalized experience.
