Full Service Travel Planning
We start with a 30-minute discovery and introduction call to understand your travel preferences. From there, we’ll create a personalized proposal outlining where you’ll go, where you’ll stay, and a few curated excursion ideas. Up to three proposal revisions are included to ensure everything feels just right. As a Crafted Escapes client, you’ll enjoy exclusive rates and amenities at select properties.
Flight Bookings
If you need assistance with flights, our dedicated flight desk can help—especially if you’re booking premium economy or business class. They’re experts in seat layouts, airline quality, and the most efficient routes for layovers.
Concierge
One of our talented concierge specialists will be in touch to assist with every detail of your trip—from spa appointments to transportation, private tours, and more. This service includes a customized online itinerary (also available as an app) that keeps all your bookings and confirmations in one convenient place. The concierge add-on is available for an additional fee, based on the complexity and duration of your trip.
