The Edition in Lake Como
Opening March 2026

Bonvoy members, rejoice! The EDITION is landing in Lake Como and is located one minute drive from Grand Hotel Tremezzo with stunning views across the lake of Bellagio. Prices are looking about on par for Como.

Singita Elela in Botswana
Opening end of 2026

Singita celebrated 100 years as a family-owned brand and conservationist leader recently, so it’s fitting they break into the Okavango Delta in Botswana next. They’re renowned for low-impact building, renewable energy initiatives, training academies for youth in local communities, and long-term commitments to skills development and employment. Unique to the Elela experience, Singita guests will also have exclusive access to one of the largest concessions in the region – 170 000 hectares of pristine wilderness.

The Cooper in Charleston
Opening Spring 2026

It feels like almost every year a new hotel is popping up in Charleston. Last year it was the Dunlin and the Nickel; this year it’s the Cooper. Annie walked by on a trip in March and saw the waterfront construction. It’s a much-needed addition facing out on the Cooper River! You can take a private charter on their Hinckley yacht, or consider a fishing excursion, or a dolphin eco-tour.

Opening 2026

Bulgari Resort Maldives blends the brand’s Italian heritage with Maldivian craftsmanship.
