ANNIE CHAMBERS
My passion for travel and exploring began at a young age. My mom, who also worked in travel, made it a priority to see the world and experience other cultures.
FOUNDER
While some families vacationed at Disney World, my family was riding horses deep into the jungle of Belize and making cheese with local farmers in the French Pyrenees.
A youth exchange in Bordeaux, France led to a French major at the College of Charleston, where I spent a semester studying abroad in the French Alps.
My background in Public Relations and Marketing took me on a whirlwind tour in my twenties with jobs in Germany, Belgium, Chicago, Washington D.C, and Florida.
I eventually landed in Southern California where I met my husband, started a family and launched Crafted Escapes. I currently reside in my hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina with my family (2 boys who are 7 and 4).
