Born to immigrants from Ecuador, I was flying internationally before I could walk, but it was a family trip to Germany for the 2006 World Cup that officially set the bar for what travel could be.

Most memorable travel experience?
A family trip to Antarctica! I was amazed by the diversity of the landscapes, from classic icy scenes to green islands and a collapsed volcanic crater, and of course the wildlife and 24/7 daylight. My whole family participated in a true polar plunge and had the time of our lives.
